Prices depend on both the type of translation, the languages of the source text and of the target text required. Therefore, we invite you to contact us in order to receive an estimate.

General translations:

To calculate the final price, we use the character as our cost unit. The price will be calculated according to the number of characters (without spaces) of the original text using the Microsoft Office Word counter. The price for each translation, especially for technical, legal, scientific, commercial translations or translations in the Asiatic languages, must be considered approximate. The price is VAT excluded. The minimum price for a translation work to be accepted is the price of a folder, which is 1.500 characters.

Estimates
To get an estimate of the price, please send us your request or send the document in its source language version. All the documents must be in Word (.doc) or Text (txt) format and you can send them by electronic or conventional mail, if printed on paper. Please attach the following details:
a) You full name and company position
b) Your company details
c) Your address (E-mail address, Telephone number etc..)
d) The content of your request
e) The (desired) delivery date and
f) Any other relevant information.
We will send you our estimate along with the details for the method of payment as soon as possible. After checking it, you can request your order by e-mail.

Method of payment: We accept payment by SWIFT. Our bank details will be sent along with the estimate. Please contact us for further details.

INTERPRETING

General interpreter

(tourist guide for Italian, English, Spanish, French and German languages). 300 Euros/day (8 hours) + expenses Half a day 200 Euros (4 hours) + expenses Supplement 50 Euros/ hour

(Technical interpreting or interpreting using different languages from the above-mentioned ones).
400 Euros/day (8 hours) + expenses half a day 300 Euros (4 hours) + expenses
Supplement 60 Euros / hour
The above- mentioned prices are all VAT excluded (21%).

Service hours: Monday – Sunday 9:00~13:00, 15:00~19:00

We kindly ask you that if you require the interpreting service, to give us at least one week notice, otherwise we may ask for additional costs. In case of a cancellation during the week before the required service, our cancellation policy goes as follows:
- cancellation on the day of the service or on the day before: 100% of the agreed cost
- within 2-3 days from the day of the service: 50%
- within 4-7 days from the day of the service: 30%
Orders for the translation service will be accepted at all times. You may send them 24/7 by e-mail. Once your order for a translation service has been accepted, it is not possible to cancel it.
